Our Groups & Activities

Pop-in Café

Join us at the Pop-In Café, a monthly 'community café', held on the first Wednesday of each month (excluding July & August).

The relaxed and friendly café offers the opportunity to meet and chat with others from the local area, enjoy a cuppa before collecting children from school, or just catch up with friends.  Everyone welcome – we look forward to seeing you there!

Gardening Group

Our volunteer gardening team get together every Thursday morning, March to mid-November, to maintain our extensive church grounds. 

 

Anyone prepared to lend a hand will be made most welcome, and  a mid-morning cup of tea is guaranteed!

Walking Group

The St. John’s-Renfield Walking Group meets monthly during the summer, on a Saturday at 10am.

Join us for a leisurely monthly walk to enjoy good company and some beautiful Scottish scenery.  New members are always welcome, and you don’t have to be involved with the church to join us.

SJR Knitting Group

Come and natter whilst you knit.  Tuesday afternoons from 2pm until 3.30 pm.  Everyone is welcome.
