Kelvindale Toddlers over Summer
The community toddlers group runs out of the Church on Thursday mornings from 9.45 to 11.45 am, all year round. A relaxed and very friendly group of parents, carers and pre-school children aged 0-5. Older siblings can join them during school holidays.
Tea, coffee and biscuits for the adults and a healthy snack time for children. £3 first child, £1 for additional children.
Summer Songs of Praise
Warm up those vocal chords! St. John's-Renfield is holding a Summer Songs of Praise service on Sunday the 16th of August.
Everyone entering the sanctuary will be given a slip of paper and invited to write on it the number of a favourite hymn and, where possible, one that somehow reflects the season of summer. These slips will then be collected at the start of the service and drawn at random to be sung.
